Registration and activation is required to start using your copy of ESET product. Failure to do so will result in reduced protection as you would not be able to get updates from our servers as well as limited support from ESET or any of its representatives.

To register  & activate

• Ensure that you received  2 sets of code, i.e. the activation code and the asset tracking code.
• These code can be found on the product packaging. samples are pictured below
• Go to our website at http://www.esetsmartsecurity.com.my/activate to start the process

• Enter both codes accordingly. Please note that it is case sensitive
• Upon successful validation of your purchase, you will see the main customer portal page.

• Click on the Activate License icon to start activation

• You will need to update your profile details. Ensure that a valid email address and telephone number is entered to ensure proper after sales support

• Click on the Update button and wait for the results.
• Update completion of profile update, you can now activate by clicking on the activate button

• Upon successful activation, a username and password is assigned to you, please keep it in a safe place. you may also download the attached file which contains your details and save them in your computer for future reference. An email containing similar information is sent to you as well to the email address you used for registration.

• You may now install the ESET product and use the username and password when required.
